$1,599.00The CardioFax S 1250A or 1250K electrocardiograph machine is a state of the art EKG which provides reliability and simplicity of use.
A key feature of the 1250 electrocardiograph is its large color screen for the viewing of all 12-leads simultaneously, with keyboard for patient data entry, interpretation, forty patient internal memory (optional flash card extended memory), USB communication output, built-in ECG waveform generator (for ease of trouble shooting and over the phone training), standard high-resolution four column by three row with a rhythm strip at the bottom print out, with patient demographic information, measurements, and interpretation printed over the ECG waveforms for a full sized printed sheet. An internal rechargeable battery is also included. Warranty = 4-years (with the return of the enclosed warranty card).
The CardioFax S 1250 records the electrical activity of the heart over time via skin electrodes. It is a noninvasive recording produced by an electrocardiographic modality. Electrical activity of the heart is measured and outlined on graph paper to determine cardio activity. Electrical impulses in the heart originate in the sinoatrial node and travel through the intrinsic conducting system to the heart muscle. The impulses stimulate the myocardial muscle fibres to contract and thus induce systole. The electrical waves can be measured at selectively placed electrodes (electrical contacts) on the skin. Electrodes on different sides of the heart measure the activity of different parts of the heart muscle. The 1250 ECG/EKG measures and displays the voltage between pairs of these electrodes, and the muscle activity which occurs in the heart, from different directions. The Cardiofax S display indicates the overall rhythm of the heart and weaknesses in different parts of the heart muscle. It is the best way to measure and diagnose abnormal rhythms of the heart, particularly abnormal rhythms caused by damage to the conductive tissue that carries electrical signals, or abnormal rhythms caused by levels of dissolved salts (electrolytes), such as potassium, that are too high or low. In myocardial infarction (MI), the ECG can identify damaged heart muscle. But it can only identify damage to muscle in certain areas, so it can't rule out damage in other chambers of the heart.
High Level 12 Lead ECG Analysis - ECAPS 12C interpretive analysis program provides simultaneous 12 lead acquisition of up to 24 seconds and analyzes approximately 200 findings and 5 judgement categories.
Space-saving Design - The compact design requiring minimal table surface for use and storage makes it convenient for offices with limited space.
Large Backlit Color LCD - Large backlit LCD display facilitates data review.
Easy Data Entry and Storage for identifying patients and easier filing, you can enter the patient name and a numeric ID with the alphanumeric keys.
Recording Examples:
12 lead ECG 6 traces analysis results (auto gain)
1 or 3 channel rhythm recording
