Warranties
All products come with manufacturer warranties and “backed” 100%. Specific manufacturer warranty information is included in the product descriptions. Extended warranties may be purchased, by contacting iMDe.
Defective Merchandise
In the unlikely event that one of our products is defective, iMDe will provide a replacement product at no additional charge.
Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final. No purchases will be refunded unless the product proves to be defective. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it for store credit. A re-stocking fee of 20% - 50% will be assessed at the time the product or products are returned.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change. Some items may not properly reflect the correct price of that item due to entry errors. In such cases when an order is placed via the secured credit card processing center, the customer will be contacted and notified as to the correct price of the item. iMDe Direct is not liable for upholding and honoring any incorrect price shown on their website.
Lead Times & Back Orders
Some items may require a lead time of 2-4 weeks and possibly more depending on the manufacturer's lead time and back order status. This information will be communicated with the customer when the order is placed.
Shipping
iMDe provides FREE GROUND SHIPPING to the continental United States on orders of $500 or more. iMDe’s preferred method of shipping is via UPS or Fed-Ex. Shipping charges are added to each order based on the specific order and displayed in your shopping cart at the time of checkout and added to the total cost. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air shipments are available at an additional charge. Orders received by 3:00 PM Eastern Time are usually shipped the same day, on stock items.
5% Discount
iMDe offers NEW customers an additional 5% discount on all REGULAR PRICED items. The first time customer discount will NOT apply to sales items, as they are already priced with this discount.
Medical Mile Points
Each dollar spent with iMDe is equivalent to a “Medical Mile Point”. Every 1000 MMP is equivalent to a $25 certificate toward the purchase of your next product.
Refer A Friend
iMDe will provide you, our existing customer, a $25 certificate toward the purchase of your next product for every individual that you refer to iMDe. (This promotion is contingent to the referral purchasing an item of at least $500 from iMDe).
